One of Inova-Ria's main activities is to attract qualified human resources suitable to the firm’s needs. This activity involves a continuous and privileged relationship with the country's main universities, which, through Inova-Ria, have easier access to the firms.

This work has been developed since 2004 through a set of diversified tasks that add value to the identification of young talents, the promotion of business projects for the development of academic dissertations and the insertion and follow-up of young students in the world of business work.

Inova-Ria currently has a capital of experience acquired and recognized that has allowed it to organize 987 internships and scholarships for associated firms. At the same time, it currently manages a consolidated cooperation network with interlocutors and teachers who work in key places for the future of tomorrow's professionals.
